Agenda: The meeting agenda will include plenary sessions, guest speakers, poster session, and Work Group meetings.

Meeting from 8 am - 5 pm
Fri. September 24:
Meeting from 8 am - 2 pm
Travel and Reimbursement
The Heartland Regional Coordinating Center will pay travel costs for Advisory Board members, core work group members and advocates. See Travel Funding List. For those whose travel will be covered, Heartland will pay for travel to the meeting, lodging and meals. Please see the Heartland Travel Guidelines and Travel Reimbursement Information document below for complete instructions, including necessary forms.
