Expanding access to genetics services and improving the quality of genetics services are integral to our mission (Heartland’s Mission). Members of the Heartland Clinical Services Work Group prioritize, promote, oversee, and conduct activities that facilitate the medical home; improve health outcomes; expand genetics services; improve quality of services; and address gaps in services for individuals and families affected by genetic conditions across the life span.
