The Newborn Screening Saves Lives Reauthorization Act of 2014

On December 18, 2014 the Newborn Screening Saves Lives Reauthorization Act of 2014 was signed into law. The bill addresses research uses of newborn dried blood spots.
Here is the final recommendation from the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections (SACHRP) on The Newborn Screening Saves Lives Reauthorization Act of 2014, which went into effect Monday, March 16, 2015.
